Delegate making governance decisions affecting multiple domains to representatives selected by those domains.

Service Circle

Outsource services required by two or more domains.

Open Team

Intentionally attend to a domain by invitation rather than assignment, and request that those invited contribute when they can.

Helping Team

Separate responsibility for execution from decision authority when doing so helps increase effectiveness.
